COVID19 Pandemic Hits Victoria After BLM Protests
1 min readMelbourne is experiencing a surge in Corona virus cases after thousands of protesters hit the streets on the 13th of June.
Victorian PM has had to call in the defence force to help out with testing and enforcing the lockdown in hotels after major concerns were raised about PPE and safety standards were raised with dozens of hotel staff and detainees testing positive for covid19.

The Australian main stream media seem to be taking every step not to mention the any thousands of people gathered in the streets that day and the Victorian police is focusing on lecturing families and friends on social distancing and staying home.
Meanwhile the NSW PM has told Victorians to not cross the border into NSW and that tickets to popular events in NSW will not be sold to Victorian residents.
Gladys Berejiklian said “Anyone who has come from Melbourne hot spots, including NSW residents, should not attend aged care facilities, hospitals or other settings with vulnerable people and should avoid gatherings outside their immediate family for a period of 14 days”
